The Higher Heart Energy Center

All About the Higher Heart Energy Center

The Higher Heart energy center, otherwise known as the Soul Seat or Thymus center, is located inbetween the Throat and Heart energy centers and is a light blue-green color. This energy center has to do with your ability to open up to universal love, forgiveness, compassion and your soul purpose. The higher heart is usually 1-2 inches in diameter that contains the souls longings.

When you open up this energy you begin to feel more spiritual bliss and joy for apparently no reason. By tuning into this energy center you can see how well you are manifesting your soul purpose into your waking life. To me this center feels like a very important part of you that needs to be cherished.

When this center is balanced you feel empathy and compassion for everything in the universe and you have a sense of what your soul purpose is.
